Shipping Policy

 

We ship to all over New Zealand by CourierPost service or Fastway or another transport service for bigger items.

You can also pick it up in our store (Search SnapDeal NZ in Google map)

Mon to Fri 10AM to 5PM

Sat: 10:00AM to 3:00PM 

Shipping time :

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

  • New Zealand: The rest of Standard new Zealand Shipping time 2-3 Business days price is product basic.

Courier Deliveries:

We generally dispatch order the same or next working day once payment has been confirmed and not prior. Delays can occur during peak times, dependent on courier schedule. If you will not be home between 8am-5pm Mon-Fri, please provide your work address, otherwise you will chase up the courier. Track number will be emailed to you after order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your address is correct before paying, we have no responsibility for lost times that are sent to a wrong address you provide. However, we are happy to help you to chase up parcel. Any fee occurred will be paid by buyer.

Please also Make sure you pay the rural delivery if your address is rural. We will put extra ticket for RD delivery; courier will refuse to delivery to rural area without ticket and return the item back. If that happens, customer may have to pay for the additional delivery cost.
